Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email scramblinggolf@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly about any problems so we can make it right.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
